A Request for Proposals (RFP) is one of the standard solicitation strategies used by Parkwood to complete contract opportunities.

When proposals are invited by Parkwood, the term proponent is defined in the RFP template as an individual, company, or society that submits, or intends to submit, a proposal.

The proponent is responsible for ensuring Parkwood receives all addendum's, appendices and/or attachments for the submission prior to the closing date.
